From New York to Los Angeles, American cities are finalizing preparations to welcome the world.

The eleven US host cities are in full preparation for the biggest sporting event on the planet. Each city has developed comprehensive plans that include improvements to infrastructure, transportation and security.

New York/New Jersey, with MetLife Stadium as the venue for the final, leads the preparations. Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, Houston, Atlanta, Seattle, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Boston complete the list of host cities.

The 2026 World Cup is expected to be the most attended in history, with a projected total attendance of over 5 million spectators.
